Caring for pets isn’t always as simple as annual visits with the vet. But don’t fret, Stay is here to coordinate your pet’s care beyond annual vaccinations and examinations. If your pet needs specialty services, e.g., neurology, Stay will communicate and further work with veterinary specialists in the area to ensure your pet receives comprehensive and gold standard care.

Stay also offers a myriad of educational resources and other non-veterinary services for members. Whether it is pet owner portal, local events scheduling, food and medication delivery services, or even our clinic vlog, Stay is determined to keep your pet happy and healthy, and to keep you informed.

  • Stay employs the highest quality veterinary professionals, but we do not currently have board certified specialists on staff. We coordinate with local specialists to provide holistic and all-encompassing care for any pets that require specialty services.

  • Any care or services utilized outside of Stay are not covered by Stay's membership. However, any services required under Stay's membership plan will be covered, e.g., certain opthalmology recheck appointments.

  • Yes! Scheduled deliveries of essentials like medications and food, as well as non-essentials, is something every member of Stay receives as part of their membership. There is no fee for scheduled deliveries as a member of Stay.

  • Our Pet Owner Portal will contain everything you need when it comes to caring for your pet! Once logged in, members will be able to navigate through educational resources, community resources, and more using our intuitive website and/or app.
